As a MAKE IT resident, you’re invited to share skills, insight and training in your specialist field or skill with your fellow residents…flip it 360 and you’ll receive exactly the same back in whatever field or skill you’d like to develop. The best thing? It's free...win win! The goal is to create an organic form of Business Support that doesn't feel forced and to alleviate the sometimes costly need for SMEs to outsource growth services when more often than not, the answers are right there under one roof and better understood and received when delivered by our friends and neighbours.  

Alongside this organic peer to peer approach, MAKE IT also run regular workshops, events and and training sessions from a range of industry professionals in a variety of creative and business sectors for our residents to attend.

Yes, please feel free to paint walls, lay your preferred flooring, put up pictures etc. You are not permitted to make any structural alterations without permission and the space must be returned in the condition it was leased to you.

MAKE IT London are a small but mighty team of individuals driven by the magic that happens when people share space. We reimagine environments with a mission to create affordable spaces that encourage ideas. We provide a 360-degree service from design and refurbishment of assets through to enterprise sourcing, community outreach, event curation and operation. We work alongside local authorities, landlords and communities, listening to local aspirations for increased socio-economic value. We're not a social enterprise, charity or community interest company...we just think it's really cool when inclusivity, accessibility and creativity come together.

Yes absolutely. There is one bookable Meeting Room with Video Conferencing equipment as well as two Meeting Rooms without Video Conferencing equipment that don't require pre-booking.

MAKE IT Residents receive a free use allocation across all of meeting rooms and hire spaces. In addition, remember all those mega G's we mentioned doing cool stuff to make the world a better place?....well, you do too. We offer FOC use of the Meeting Rooms, Event Space, Fitness & Wellness, Photography & Film and Recording Studios for an allocated amount of hours per month (a third of their opening hours to be precise) What's the criteria?  Your activity must be free for people to attend and must have a positive social purpose. Need some examples? An individual or organisation delivering FOC wellness sessions to young people, a charity fundraiser for a local cause, a student photography mentoring session, a voiceover recording for a Social Enterprise campaign, a CV writing session supporting underrepresented members of society get back into work?  You get the drift.
